It required the deputy leaders in charge of each town and sub-district to preside over a special meeting to make detailed arrangements for the 100-day offensive action, and the Industry and Trade Section arranged dedicated personnel to attend and provide guidance. On the other hand, closely monitor the self-examination and self-correction work of enterprises, urge the main responsible persons of enterprises to organize and hold special rectification mobilization meetings, take the lead in conveying and studying the special rectification action plan and relevant standards, and after the main responsible persons of each enterprise thoroughly understand the spirit of mobilization and deployment and carefully study the standards and norms, take the lead in organizing all departments, workshops, teams and employees within the enterprise to carry out comprehensive self-examination and self-correction Conduct a thorough inspection of the equipment and facilities that may cause mechanical injuries and object strike accidents one by one.
Conduct in-depth self-examination and self-correction, and strengthen the primary responsibility of enterprises. Actively guide and supervise enterprises involved in mechanical injury and object strike risks to carry out self-examination and self-correction work in a solid manner in accordance with the checklist. The main person in charge of the enterprise personally took charge and organized all employees to conduct a thorough inspection of each job position, equipment and facilities, as well as operation links. Up to now, 325 enterprises have completed self-inspections. During this process, a total of 10,047 potential problems were identified and rectified. In response to the problems and potential risks identified through self-inspection, all enterprises have clearly defined rectification measures and deadlines, strictly implementing closed-loop management for risk rectification to ensure that all risks are properly addressed.
