Brass & bronze ball valve
GH-1006 Brass sweat ball valve CxC
The Brass sweat ball valve CxC is a durable flow control solution featuring a robust construction with multiple precision-engineered components. Its valve body is made from high-strength brass or copper alloy, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance and longevity in various plumbing applications. The rotating ball mechanism, constructed from chrome-plated brass or stainless steel, provides reliable fluid control through a 90-degree operational rotation. This ball valve employs a T-shaped valve stem that efficiently transfers torque from the external handle to the spherical closure element, while PTFE or advanced polymer sealing seats maintain leak-proof integrity even under high-pressure conditions. The sweat connection ends enable secure soldering to copper piping systems. Operation is simplified through a quarter-turn handle mechanism: aligning the ball's bore with the pipeline axis permits full fluid passage, while rotating it perpendicular creates a complete shut-off. Designed for both residential and industrial use, this valve combines anti-corrosion properties from its brass construction with the thermal stability of PTFE seals, making it suitable for hot water systems and chemically aggressive media.
